Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive the e-mail. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

All Sales are final:

Due to the nature of our products being dry goods and food related, we do not accept returns.

• At once the item(s) have been shipped, the sale is considered final.

• If product is damaged during shipment, and you are requesting a refund or replacement, then an e-mail to customer service is required, with proof of damage.
